In addition to her experience as an administrator of financial and human resource-related procedures specifically in the Non Profit sector, she has also established her professional reputation as a highly sought-after dance instructor & performing artist. She remains connected to her artistic roots and an amazing network of community-based organizations. Debrasha’s own creativity is fueled by her personal investment and service to the arts community.

Katrina Grammentz
Project Lead
Katrina is a multilayered administrative expert. She has communication skills that have enabled her to coordinate challenging work environments and personalities. Her background in administrative support roles contribute to her ability to provide efficient and accurate operational functions. Her work ethic has been consistently applied to the advancement of quality engagement for employees and clients in a wide range of fields including Medical, Social Services, Chemical Manufacturing Corporations, and Arts Education. Best of all, Katrina is the mother of twins and one exuberant pup.
Alexis Honoria
Project Lead
Experienced Legal Services Professional, Alexis, is most readily recognized for her leadership skills and attention to detail. With a Bachelors in Criminal Justice, Alexis applies her keen problem-solving abilities and commitment to accuracy to every role she engages. She has also served the community through Junior Achievement and other mentorship programs that advance development for youth and young professionals. Alexis currently supports our business functions from Almada, Portugal.
